So What Is IMAP?

IMAP is the Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) that essentially lets you access email stored on a mail server from multiple locations, computers and devices, including desktop, mobile and tablets. All our email accounts support the latest IMAP technology.

How Do I Set It Up?

Create an account with your email client.( Outlook, Thunderbird, Live Mail, etc )

In the email client for which you want to configure your IMAP, locate the IMAP settings and enter the following information:

Username
This is the username we provided to you when we created your email account.

Email address
Your full email address ie. [email protected]

Password
Your email account password – this is the secure password we sent you when we created your email account.

Incoming Mail Server
mail.emailnw.co.uk

Outgoing Mail Server
mail.emailnw.co.uk

Incoming Port
With SSL – 993

Outgoing Port
With AUTO – 587

NOTE: Your email client may require password authentication for your Outgoing Mail Server.

What If I don't have Outlook or Client?

If you don’t already have MS Outlook installed on your machine, there are quite a few paid or free email clients to choose from some are already installed with your operating system. We can’t really recommend one against another, but there are plenty of websites offering comparisons between them.
